Delivery Management is for businesses whose orders already arrive somewhere else — by phone, WhatsApp, walk-in or another system: you create each delivery in Setrlink, dispatch it to a driver, and the customer gets live tracking and proof of delivery. No storefront or merchants needed.

Not at all. Setrlink is fully managed. A guided setup walks you through branding, zones and fees — if you can fill out a form, you can launch.

Yes. Your name, logo and colours — and your own domain if you want one — across your storefront or request page, tracking pages and apps. Customer pages carry a small “Powered by Setrlink” line in the footer; everywhere else your brand leads.

Every plan includes your own branded app that saves straight to a phone’s home screen — your name and logo, opens full-screen, sends notifications, and works on both iPhone and Android with no app store needed. (This kind of install-from-the-web app is sometimes called a “PWA”.)

Cash on delivery, bank transfer and card payments via WiPay. You choose which methods to accept; card payments depend on your plan.

No. Every plan has zero setup fee and starts with a free trial. You pay a monthly subscription in USD — plus, on a plan with a monthly delivery allowance, the published price for any deliveries beyond it.

Your usage is shown on your Plan & Billing page as it happens, extra deliveries are added to your bill — never charged to your card automatically — and you can move to a bigger plan any time.

On Ordering + Delivery, yes — email marketing is standard on every plan. Send announcements and promotions, and automatic order-confirmation receipts go out with every order.

You do. Your customer, merchant, delivery and order data is private to your company and never shared with other Setrlink businesses.

No. Setrlink takes no percentage commission on your orders — you keep what you earn. You pay a monthly subscription for your plan, and where a plan includes a monthly delivery allowance, each delivery beyond it is charged at the per-delivery price shown on the pricing page, so you always know the cost in advance.
