What you'll need to register

🧾A valid Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)
🪪Government-issued photo ID (National ID, passport or driver's licence)
🏢Business registration certificate — required for registered businesses, optional for sole traders
🍳Valid food handler's permits for staff (food businesses only)
🏦A bank account in the business or owner's name for payouts
📋A menu or product list with prices, ready to upload after approval

Merchant rules: keep menu prices accurate, respond to orders promptly during your opening hours, and honour the platform commission on delivered orders. Repeated rejected or unfulfilled orders can lead to your store being paused.
